Tasting Notes

Rich and honeyed bouquet, the theme continues on the palate with runny honey galore, nuts and butteriness. This wine has all the texture and weight and balance of a good Meursault. Outstanding value!

Vinification

The grapes are hand picked into small baskets and sorted at the winery. Fermentation is in tank at a low temperature, with 20% whole bunch fermentation. Spending 12 months in barrel, of which 20% is new, before a simple racking. Aged for a further 6 months in tank before bottling.
