When you register as a user on www.houseoftownend.com we will automatically add you to our Loyalty Scheme*. As a bonus, we will instantly add 500 points to your account when you join!

For each pound that you spend on www.houseoftownend.com we will add 1 point to your Loyalty Scheme account. For example, if you spend £100 you will receive 100 points.

Each point is worth 1p in monetary value. For example, if you have collected 1000 points, you will have £10 to redeem against a future purchase. 

Under your "Account" you will be able to see how many points you have collected. You will also be reminded at the checkout.

Spend as you go, or save your points for something special! You can view the points you have available to redeem in the right-hand panel of the checkout and you can confirm in pounds the value you wish to redeem in the order you are placing at that time.

Points can be collected and redeemed on any product on www.houseoftownend.com apart from items only available En Primeur. Points can only be redeemed against orders that have a value of over £50.

Points will automatically expire if your account has not been used in two years.

Yes, Loyalty points are collected on any purchase, regardless of whether the item is already on offer, or you are using a voucher code. Please note that the Loyalty points will be calculated after all other discounts/promotions are applied.

Unfortunately, you cannot currently collect or redeem points for the website Loyalty Scheme in-store. The shop does however, have its own Loyalty programme that works in exactly the same way. If you are a Cellar Door customer and interested in joining their stand-alone Loyalty Scheme, please ask one of the team in-store who will happily get you set up.
