What a dilemma! You want to serve a richly structured, complex, oaky white, but your guests only drink European whites? Try this - it smacks of a great Aussie Chardonnay but blended with elements of Chablis and a touch of the Languedoc thrown in for good measure. Delicious with herby roast chicken with asparagus.
