Based in Yorkshire, we are an independent and family run wholesale wine merchant with our own purpose built warehouse, in-house logistics team and a large varied portfolio of long-standing customers. The company is owned and run by the Townend family, now led by fourth generation John Charles Townend.

Our team have many years of experience in the wine industry and they offer a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. We specialise in supplying pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and event venues with wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks. Along with helping to create wine lists, we also offer on-going design, marketing, training and event support.

We pride ourselves on working with small, often family owned producers so we can hand select our wines meaning you will never find them in supermarkets. We’re very proud that many of the wines in our range of 2,500 are award winning and have been recognised by independent wine critics. Working very closely with different wineries and suppliers also means that we are always able to offer great deals on Champagne and table wines.
