Auguste Bonhomme's estate is based on the Atlantic side of France's Loire Valley and has been family run for five generations. He grows mainly Melon de Bourgogne (more commonly known as Muscadet) on his 15 hectare domaine and produces some stunning wines.
Salmon pink hue and a beautiful intensity. The nose is reminiscent of red berries. An expressive, rich and aromatic palate with a hint of liquorice and toffee. The clear, fresh and tasty finish is balanced by a fine acidity.
