Rak our Regional Sales Manager is incredibly passionate and knowledgable about the wines. Rak has helped us create a wine list that complements our food perfectly. He has also put a great deal of effort to have regular wine training at both of our sites and has successfully given our staff confidence to articulately push the wine options out there to our customers. The attitude from Rak is nothing is too much trouble, which is invaluable particularly in the unpredictable restaurant business we are in.
