Dark violet in colour, this is a super ripe Merlot dominant wine, deep in powerful black fruits and liqourice intensity. Absolutely sumptuous, this is a great everyday drinker.
Yields of 48hl/ha. Fermented in stainless and cement vats, with manual pumping over. Aged in vats and fine-grained French oak (10% new) barrels for 15 months.
