Cérvoles Cellar, undertaken by Tomàs Cusiné 20 years ago wanted to pay tribute to an ancestral wine-making land, regaining a practice that, at that time, did not have much interest in the world of wine:  mountain viticulture. This project also represented a return to the roots without abandoning the technological advances that the present and the future offer. Lovely fruit with hints of dark berries and dried herbs. On tasting, the tannins are very soft and fine integrated well with the dark fruit.
Drink with hard cheeses or any meat dish that has a herbal element to it.
The grapes come from 700-800m above sea level, at the foot of the Serra de la Llena, the border with Priorat. The grapes are pressed and fermented and then placed in 225-litre containers of French oak for 6 to 8 months
