A vibrant and intense ruby colour, the bouquet is brimming with black fruit aromas as week as a whiff of spice. Concentrated and generous on the palate with super suave tannins and a succulent long finish.
After harvest the grapes are crushed and destemmed before fermentation at a temperature of 30°C for 15 to 21 days. The wine is then aged in barrels for between 6-8 months with racking every 4 weeks.
