Château Grand Moulin is a renowned family-owned winery in the heart of the Corbières region of southern France. Spanning 130 hectares across five municipalities, the estate is led by Jean-Noël Bousquet and his son Frédéric, who have built a legacy of winemaking that blends tradition with innovation.


The story began in 1971 when Jean-Noël, a young farmer, established a private cellar in an old mill by the Orbieu River in Lézignan-Corbières. Bursting with juicy, vibrant red berries and black cherry, this wine is enhanced by delicate hints of black pepper and herbal nuances. Rich and smooth, it showcases ripe tannins, perfectly balanced with a touch of black olive on the palate. Well-structured, it delivers a long, satisfying finish.
The grapes are harvested at night to maintain freshness and are 100% destemmed. Maceration occurs for up to 35 days with pigeage, allowing for optimal extraction. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its vibrant fruity character.
