This wine is produced from ten parcels and also includes 20% of grapes from his 1er Cru Frionnes vines located in a cooler part of the appellation. This gives an added depth and complexity to the wine. No new oak, the barrels used are anywhere up to 10 years old. The bouquet is aromatic with lovely notes of lime peel, whilst the palate is steely, laden with tropical fruits and pineapple notes and a beautiful citrus acidity gives excellent balance.
Enjoy with poached salmon with caper butter sauce.
