Cantina Lavis is an historical winery located at the heart of the Trentino subregion. Founded in 1850 by the Cembran family, it has been a cooperative since 1948.
Joanna Simon, Wine of the Week, January 2025: "With an intriguing whiff of parsley-cum-mint mingling with the ripe apple and pear on the nose, the palate is fresh, rounded and softly textured with sweet orchard fruit carried by a mineral undercurrent and a flash of white peach on the finish. It’s complete, satisfying and easy to drink, but not so easy that it slips down without you noticing or savouring it."
