Fresh herbaceous notes, tomato leaf, limes and appealing pungency. Crisp & refreshing acidity, balanced with a good mouth feel. Zesty,  Elegant, tantalizingly dry.

Produced from grapes picked from the fertile allucial soils of both the Marlborough and Awatere Valleys, as well as a portion coming from Spring Creek areas. Harvesting is done by machine to speed picking and minimise oxidation of the skins. The grapes are pressed quickly to preserve the intensly herbaceous fruit, followed by a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel to retain intense aromatics and flavours that Marlborough is world-renowned for.
