Now a regular top performer under the demanding ownership of American Denise Adams, 2023 is another super result. An expansive, rich and fragrant bouquet, the palate is bursting with compact and concentrated, voluptuous black fruit flavours, beautifully polished and well defined tannins and a rich and long finish.
Delicious with beef ribs with mushrooms, bacon and potatoes.
Produced biodynamically. Yield of 48hl/ha. Aged for between 16 and 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels, 30% one year barrels, 10% cement eggs and 10% amphora. Alc:14%
