Tasting Notes

Blackcurrant and grilled orange up front, shortly followed by herbal peat. Sweet peat as it opens on the palate, though it develops earthy, smoky elements on the mid-palate. Carrot cake, ripe banana and drying cinnamon. Medium length finish with lingering ash, caramel and sugar-coated almond.
