For 200 years a small team of dedicated islanders have worked to create what is considered to be the most distinctive single malt in the world. The appearance is full sparkling gold in colour. On the nose it is seaweedy and medicinal with a hint of sweetness. Suprising sweetness on the palate with hints of salt and layers of peatiness.
