Lots of water has flowed down the Clyde since the Lang Brothers launched Glasgow’s original banana rum in the 1860s. Much rum has flowed too. People loved the Langs blend of exotic ingredients and big flavour. A tropical antidote to the traditional grind, Langs was a popular bar call.
Aromas of mango coulis, chewy meringue, juicy peaches, vanilla, soft warming hints of fresh ginger. The palate is thick and sweet, bursting with fresh tropical fruits, ripe mango, peach and lime, crystallised ginger. Heat of ginger builds in a long-spiced finish
Try mixing it with pineapple juice with lots of freshly squeezed lime.
