Pennington’s Spirits

Mike Pennington started producing Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur in 1990 behind his bar in Kendal and it took him 25 years before he first bottled it to sell outside of his bar. Mike’s family business now find themselves based in Pennington’s Distillery in the Lake District National Park with a product range boasting dozens of international awards.
Intense flavours of juniper and elderflower foraged whilst rambling the fells of the Lake District surrounding the distillery. Mixed with sweet citrus flavours of mandarin and bergamot to produce a vibrant gin.
Serve with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and garnish with fresh orange peel and rosemary.
