Taking centre stage is their magnificent hand engineered four hundred and fifty litre copper still, Eliza (named after the mill owners wife!) It is, in its own right, a piece of Art.
Notes of English garden herbs bon the nose. The palate has citrus flavours, autumn berries and earthy tones, with lingering juniper and pine on the finish.
