Based just outside Keswick in the Northern Lake District, and founded in 2008, Spirit of The Lakes Ltd is the brand owner of Bedrock Gin, the first Gin to be made with spring water from the English Lake District. Bedrock is also the first Gin to use local oak bark as a botanical. They also make Standing Stones Vodka.
The flavours build in the mouth before heading for an intense, dry finish. The main flavours are joined by some attractive vegetal notes which add complexity.
