This winery was co-founded, in 1970, by David Hohnen who later went on to found Cloudy Bay, and is now a well-established winery in the Margaret River region of South-west Australia. Over the years the team have impressed judges worldwide with the quality of the wines produced. Since 2005 head winemaker Robert Mann has led this team and continued to gain international recognition for the range. His appreciation for wine was instilled at a very early age by his grandfather, Jack Mann MBE. This has then been complemented by gaining knowledge and experience, through both, studying the subject at Adelaide University and working in vineyards in a variety of countries. The two wines we have selected are brilliantly made and reflect both the characteristics of the terroir and the fruit.
